Refund policy

MGR Creations stands behind my work 100%, and each item is thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. If something is defective or the product's quality is found to be unsatisfactory within 90 days of receipt, MGR Creations will gladly repair it or replace it at no charge to you. The buyer assumes the cost of shipping the item to me, and MGR Creations will pay to ship the item back to you once the repairs are complete.  MGR Creations does not, however, offer refunds or exchanges. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, so if you do have an issue with your order, please get in touch with MGR Creations immediately so we can do my best to resolve the issue. After 90 days, it will be on a case-by-case basis at MGR Creations' discretion, and the buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs. Email mgr.creations11@gmail.com
